LCG’s service model is to provide high-quality consulting services to a select number of clients. Our goal is not to be the largest firm in the industry, but to provide the best service in the industry. We seek to accomplish this through forming a partnership with clients to meet their goals and objectives.
LCG works with each client on a team-based model in which a lead consultant and other team members are assigned depending on the size and complexity of the relationship. Our objective in developing a team of consultants is to ensure the capabilities and experience of the professionals complement the requirements of the assignments and client’s preference.
Another unique feature of LCG’s client service model is the integration of the research and client service functions. More importantly, we believe this is critical to providing our clients with high-quality services. When clients meet with their Consultants, they will discuss in detail a manager’s performance along with the factors impacting performance.
Because we self-impose a limit on the number of client relationships per senior consultant, they have time to conduct extensive research on behalf of our clients. Additionally, this limit ensures we are accessible and that each client receives responsive, personal attention.
