Mr. Lea joined LCG in 2013 as an Investment Analyst. His responsibilities include manager due diligence and research, performance attribution, in-depth analyses, and special projects.

He is a candidate for Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) Program.

Jonathan was previously a Regional Associate with Hatteras Funds. He was responsible for regional sales and marketing of alternative investment strategies to registered investment advisors and other firms. Jonathan started his career at AXA Advisors, LLC as a Financial Consultant for the Retirement Benefits Group. His responsibilities included conducting new enrollment meetings, counselling plan participants, and providing client service to 403(b) plans in public school systems.

Jonathan is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) Charter Holder. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business Management. Jonathan also has a Series 7 and 66.
